Straight answers
What counts as a recording?
A session that actually produced replay — at least one replay chunk in the billing month. Idle tabs that never captured do not count.
Why would I pay for a catalog?
Because the expensive part is not storage. It is three names for the same checkout after an agent “helps.” LESP is included so funnels stay comparable month to month.
Can I migrate from Hotjar or PostHog?
We help map your current names into the catalog and embed the SDK. We do not import their historical recordings. That is a limitation, not a footnote.
Is enterprise the same as managed SaaS?
No. Starter through Scale run on FastTrack Analytics. Enterprise is dedicated or self-hosted, with an SLA you negotiate.
Where do I pay?
