## What FastTrack Analytics is

- Hosted multi-tenant UX analytics (SaaS) on FastTrack Analytics infrastructure at `api.ftanalytics.app`.
- Browser SDK + early-load recorder for session replay; ingest is browser-side, not a transactional app database.
- Per-site Event Catalog: behavioral events auto-capture (`page.view`, clicks, scroll, `rage_click`); semantic events must be ACTIVE in Event Studio when strict catalog is on.
- LESP v0.1.0: snake_case event names, camelCase properties. MCP tools (`lesp_*`, `analytics_*`) at `mcp.ftanalytics.app`.
- Optional industry template pack `fasttrack-booking@1` for airport booking/checkout flows — not the default catalog.
- First production tenant: FastTrack BKK.

## What FastTrack Analytics is not

- **Not** the FastTrack consumer booking sites (BKK, HKT, DMK). Those are customers/tenants, not this product.
- **Not** a replacement for a warehouse or product analytics suite (Mixpanel-style product metrics). Focus is UX: replay, heatmaps, funnels, catalog discipline.
- **Not** guaranteed feature-parity with Hotjar, PostHog, or Clarity. Migration maps instrumentation; historical vendor data is not imported automatically.
- **Not** a place to send email, passport, password, or other PII in event properties.
